Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries, at a flat rate of AUD$10 for Australia and AUD$30 for all other countries. 

We deliver direct to your door anywhere in the world, using registered post which requires a signature on delivery. For shipment within Australia we use Australia Post (Express Post, registered and trackable), and for international countries we provide international tracking. 

We cannot ship goods to P.O. Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.

On average, deliveries take up approximately 4 working days within Australia and up to approximately 10 working days internationally. You should allow up to 48 hours for customs processing, however many locations experience no delays. 

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and details of the shipping agent. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please use the tracking number to locate your order and contact the shipping company direct.

In certain countries you may be liable to pay import tax and duty on arrival of your goods, apart from countries that have a free trade agreement with Australia. Please check with your local authorities to see if this is relevant to you.
